Coke has been abolished. Occasionally I will have a Coke Zero, but the sugar laden variety is not consumed.

I am hanging for the Biggest Loser review. I tried the demo and it had me knackered quickly as it threw me straight into a medium intensity workout. That was though when I was at my heaviest and least fit.

Gave it another go last evening. Still have no rhythm but will persist

I got Zumba for X-Box Kinect for my partner. I tried it and quickly came to the conclusion that I can not do it though as I have absolutely no rhythm :P

Or get a train until you are 40-50 minutes away?

Got to go when you can really. Also think that to these people 4am is likely their 7am or 5pm. Good on them for getting there.

I am doing it, kind of. By that I am looking at what they are suggesting and using some of it, but not all of it. There is an MFP group doing it. You can find it at http://1millionkilochallenge.com.au/view-team?TeamId=325.
