Also....maybe try small and frequent meals too! This helps speed up your metabolism and is a great way to fend off cravings :)

I'm having this same problem...i have 10lbs to go and it progress is happening but at a painful rate. Maybe get measurements of muscle and fat percentage and water percentage to get a more accurate idea of where you are at.
