I have some Jillian Michaels DVDs, Insanity and Zumba sets. I am currently doing Zumba and I love it!!!

I joined! I'm pumped to get this started!!!!

I have a magic bullet. When I just do powdered protein, I use a mixer bottle with the metal ball in the bottle and I use that with almond milk or soy milk to get my shake in.

I have the Ironman Roadtrainer and I loved it, but for Christmas the other day my parents got me the Polar ft7 and I must say it is much more user friendly and I absolutely LOVE it! I think my Ironman might have been overestimating my burns, because there is like a 200-300 calorie burn difference between the two watches. I…

I normally am not all that hungry (I've been sick going on day 7 today) and I honestly don't really keep track of what I eat. I drink a ton of water to stay hydrated and today I actually managed to work out (I coughed and hacked through the entire thing, but it did make me feel a little better and accomplished). But…

I honestly make sushi with it (california rolls). I also just scoop the meat out and eat it by itself, or I will use it on salads and taco dishes. I also like to make chili, so I use it then as well. Good luck!

Nope.

I am a big chili person so I would make a huge pot of chili in the crockpot! I also tend to make crockpot cheeseburgers and baked ziti.

If you like to dance, I would recommend the Zumba Exhilarate DVD set. I absolutely love it! I did it a lot last spring with some co-wokers and then once school ended it never started back up again, so I bought my own program and I LOVE IT! It's fun and the music is great and it just keeps you moving.

I was skeptical about the possibility of blisters between my toes in the toe-separated minimalist shoes. Instead I went with Merrell minimalist shoes and I absolutely LOVE them! I even wear them to work some days. Instead of having separated toes, they teach you how to walk properly as the nature of the body intended and…

We are doing a late Christmas exchange this year as we decided to focus more on our families and putting money away for our wedding in October '13. But when we can, I wanted to get him an Xbox 360 with Kinect. He's been wanting one for a long time. And hopefully a new couch, but that will be a gift for both of us!

That is an amazing story! You are a true inspiration!

We have one and we love it! We haven't used it much of late though, due my desperate need to get to the grocery store. We have made chicken, steak, and burgers on it. I haven't tried veggies yet, but I'm anxious to try that!

I drink the EAS chocolate whey protein shakes and the Gold Standard Vanilla Ice Cream shakes. I don't use regular milk, I mix the powder with Silk Almond milk (I really just hate the taste of milk anyways) and they're pretty good.

You will be fine. MFP estimates protein intake on the lower side. If you are someone who works out and lifts weights, you need protein. I have reconfigured my protein intake based on whether I've worked out strenuously (weights) or actively (cardio) or none at all. I normally have a protein shake in the morning for…

25 and I live with my fiance and our two dogs.

I have two. A black lab who is a year and 9 mos. The second is a Blue Tick Coonhound mix who is 9 mos. They are my little furbabies!

I'm sure I am up too. I haven't checked yet (due to TOM) but I'm going to check tomorrow morning anyways. I will be honest, I didn't make very healthy choices and I just relaxed and enjoyed myself. I have 19 days to get myself together (we have 19 days left of school before Christmas break!)

I am getting married in October of next year as well and I would definitely appreciate more support!
-
Bump! Sounds amazing! I will definitely be making some of these this weekend :-) Thanks for the recipe!

It is physically impossible for a woman to look like a man in that respect, simply because men carry much more testosterone than women. In terms of muscles, men and women have the exact same muscles that we use for lifting, but the simple fact is that genetically we cannot get as big as men. If you are looking to tone up,…

I got 4 miles in yesterday! I was pretty proud of myself. I wanted to die, but I just kept pushing. Today I've got lifting and then I'll hop on the treadmill, not sure if I'll be able to tough out the 4 miles like I did yesterday, but I'm going to try. I am home early from work, but I have errands I need to run (bank, pay…

I had 3 pieces of fun size candy. It wound up being around 210 calories. And that was at the end of my day after I worked out (I still had like 500 calories left before working out). They were delicious. I bought candy for my students but I didn't even touch one piece, I didn't really even want it. I was proud of myself.…

I'm definitely pumped for this challenge! I think it will be fun! If the weather doesn't hold out, I can always go to the gym and hop on a treadmill or elliptical :-)

Bump for later!

This is a great challenge! I belong to a 24/7/365 gym and heck I'm paying for it...why am I not USING IT??? This will be a GREAT way to get me back into the gym! It will also keep me from making excuses on snowy or gray days where running or walking outside just isn't feasible. I'm really pumped for this challenge!!! I can…

Yup I make sushi pretty frequently and we eat calrose botan rice with pretty much everything.
-
Haha, thanks for this! Definitely made me smile..I don't blame you, I'm not sure I could live in a house with someone who rejects bacon...*shakes head*

bump for later, I will also share my stories.
