  • Short term goal: 10 lbs by Thanksgiving and 60 lbs off by May 1st 2017. I'm 50 yrs old, 5' 7" and currently weigh 215.8 lbs. My peloton screen name is #MusicCityBiker and yes, I live in Nashville, TN . Happy to see other Peloton members on here. :)

  • 46 here and love to road bike when the weather is worthy, but spinning in the gym is my 2nd passion when I can't get outdoors. I'm a nurse, have a son 21 and daughter 19.   • I'm a chubby road biker too. I sure like the calories I burn when I ride, I wear a heart rate monitor when I ride so I know my caloric burn afterwards. Some rides I burn 1200 to 1800 calories. Yes, they are 2 hour plus rides, but we sure have a nice parkway here in TN that allows for pretty rides that make ya want to ride…
  • I drink my breakfast too, on my way to work. My recipe is: 8 oz water 1 frozen banana Cinnamon to taste 1 tablespoon of wheat germ 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder ( I use a shaklee product called Cinch) a few ice cubes Enjoy!
