I had a day off, but I'd spent 3 hours or so walking about so I didn't just do nothing for the day. I don't think it's hindered me as when I did the next day of 30DS I didn't feel as tired as the last time I'd done it. :)

Im supposed to be doing day 4 today but I'm finding it so so hard to get the motivation going. I don't think it helps that it's so humid here today that I can barely bring myself to move!

Hi! I'm Vicky and I'm 25. Currently 5'11" and 163lbs, more looking to tone up but if a bit of weight comes off who am I to complain :) Start date 15 August.

Can't believe I'm posting these! 5'11" and 163lbs. Not sure of measurements as I can't find my tape measure! I don't really want to lose a lot of weight, just tone up. Apparent I'm practically at my ideal weight?

I have just started, and just completed day 2 level 1. Oh my word my legs are KILLING but I feel so motivated.
