They actually work pretty well together since paleo means a lot of processed sugars and carbs are out, which is a major source of calories for overeaters.

Same here. my **** is just too big. I have to have my pants specially tailored, I trip on it when I'm running, it gets caught in machinery, sometimes if I am driving and I stop too fast it whips up and hits me in the face which is really embarrassing. But I soldier on, take heart, you are not alone

Some of that is going to be water weight. You're not hydrating enough due to working out and eating/drinking less. It won't last.

I wouldn't buy any info from someone that throws out a number like that without knowing what your height, weight, and activity level are already. This is really basic stuff. A 5' woman lounging on the couch is going to respond very differently to that 1500 calories than a 5'8" woman who works out regularly.

It's not that big of a deal when we're talking about the kinds of serving sizes generally involved. I think you'd be hard pressed to find foods with with sub-five calorie serving sizes that you could really eat enough of to factor into diets that frankly should be 1000+ calories at an absolute minimum.

You have to walk pretty fast to make it anwhere near the same level of efficiency. However, I've read that because of the differences in the two motions, a really fast walk (I'd have to google for the actual speeds in MPH) can be a better burner than a slow run.
