  • I use the YAYOG app religiously. I've read the book (in ebook form) for more detailed info (cause that's the kind of person I am). The program is great! Just use the app and take your time working up from either the Basic or First Class programs. If you have the Body By You book, you can still use the YAYOG app to create…
  • Definitely add more water to your day. Start with 500ML before working out, and then the same afterwards. Always hydrate during the workout as well. Then make sure you're well hydrated before sleep. You'd be surprised at what a positive effect that much water will have on your training.
  • I love You Are Your Own Gym! Read the book first, the got the app for $4 a few years ago. I saw amazing results! Mark Lauren is the real deal. His military and martial arts training makes him an expert in bodyweight training and fitness. I think the app is the best way to go. There are timers for all of the exercises and…

  • Mine is simply is: "Do you want to be old, fat, crippled, and dead?" That usually does it for me.
  • I thinks there's something to this. When looking at the reports for my progress, I realized that I was so not eating my calories and hence not losing any more weight despite the crazy working out I've been doing. So I started eating my exercise calories back and the numbers on the scale are going down again. Also, looking…
  • I have no choice, I have to get up at 5AM and work out having only 5 hours of sleep most nights. It's either that or don't exercise and gain the weight back that I worked so hard to take off. I have a young child, and between working full-time and taking care of her, by the time she goes to bed, and all the dishes are…
