Let's see to be honest with myself I will give me a C- because I did stay away from junk food however, I had some fried chicken and fried fish this weekend. Water intake was much better though.

OMG When I first started out running I itched like crazy...everyone thought I was insane when I mentioned this. As I kept running day by day it slowed down and eventually went away. I was told its called "runners itch"

I would love to do a 5k Marathon at some point. I can see this as being a goal I work towards...but right now I am just running for the love of it and to shed pounds! Oh and all the health benefits that comes with it too. Good luck to you.

Wow...well done. I am starting to think I should add in some form of strength training too but I thought it would be best to loose the weight first then tone up? Any thoughts on this?.

I have noticed that when I run for longer periods of time I retain water as well. I am thinking instead of running for 60 mins. maybe only do 30 mins. and add something else for the other 30 IDK. I'll play around with different things to get this 22 lbs off. Def. not giving up running altogether though :) (ADDICTED*)

Yes I had to throw myself out of Ketosis to break the plateau about two weeks ago. I just upped my carb intake to about 100g a day. Since then the weight is consistently coming off. So baby I am gonna ride this out until I hit another plateau. I now believe in the Eat more to Loose more theory while still minimizing my…

YUP...A 16HR FAST PLUS A HARD WORK-OUT NORMALLY GETS ME BACK IN!!

I typically do a 16hr fast most days....I try to include most of the fast through sleep which is easier for me. So I stop eating aroung 8-9pm at night, go to the gym about 11am (work out in a fasted state) then eat around 1pm.

I have been working out in a fasted state (before breakfast) for a while now. It was very difficult at first but now I believe my body and mind expects this and I can do an 1hr of intense cardio with no problem.
