Who else has broken the chains of food addiction? It shocks me to know how obsessed I was with regards to eating and food. I can now say it was an addictive cycle that was out of control. I have complete control of cravings and hunger that it almost scares me. Keto-on!

weight loss in chunks...?
So I've notice a trend over the past few months that my body sheds weight in chunks. I will have no scale movement in say 2-3 weeks and then all of a sudden I will have a weight loss of 3-4 pounds, then nothing again for weeks and then another loss. just when I think I got it BAM.... *do we eat back the calories you get from exercisig or not? *and when you loose weight doesn't your calorie intake go up? So you should be adjusting it as the weight comes off?

Where are all my low carb and no carb folks at? Please share your success story and how has this journey been thus far?
