tips...ideas...or suggestions

Well gang...I had my body fat measured say 3-4 months ago results=31% bf...had them done again today results=25% bf...Hot DAMN.....the not so good news is that I still have tummy fat that makes me sick to look at even at 25% bf....I know you cant spot reduce but geesh what is a girl to do? The trainer says its what I am eating holding me back..ok ok "abs are made in the kitchen" this holds so true. So the goal now is to really really concentrate on what I am eating. I am open to any ideas or suggestion you all might have as well!

And please play nice, if you do not have anything constructive, helpful etc....to say please go on to the next topic...thanks

    You've majorly reduced your body fat in a great amount of time! That's completely awesome, and I can't imagine anything is "holding you back." Your tummy is just the last to go and eventually you can get your body fat low enough to get rid of it.

    Just keep at it! The progress you have made thus far is remarkable! Persistance is the key to nip that last bit of fat you'd like to get rid of :wink: I'm in the same boat right now with my stomach, but with persistance, we can do it!

    Thanks for responding everyone...I will def. keep at it. Someone said to run more. I really like running so I will give that a try.
