Where are all my low carb and no carb folks at? Please share your success story and how has this journey been thus far?

For me I am only in week 4 of this no/low carb business with only 4 more weeks to go for this challenge. The question is after the end of the challenge will I continue to be a low carber. hmmmm

    I'm a half azz no carb/low carber..(South Beach/Atkins)
I usually only last about 5 to 7 days. 4 weeks is great. I wish I had that much will power.

The first time I did the low carb/no carb, I was on it for 1.5 years and then I got totally lazy and lax!!!!!!!!!!

I am back on it now and have been low (less than 20 grams per day) for 1 week. :)

    Good luck!!!

Once you convert your body to run on ketosis, there shouldn't be any "will power" involved. Converting to a low-carb diet is not just giving up bread, though. You have to change your nutrition to support ketosis and make it a lifestyle.

    ^^ This.

When your body is running on what it was meant to run on, there is no will power or the sense of fighting yourself. I recommend Taubes' books and Mark Sisson's.
