hello friend! this is just my personal 0.02 cents. I normally do my morning workouts in a fasted state. But I would not recommend doing this unless you have already keto-adapt. Or have done Intermittent Fasting at some point. I honestly think that I kick *kitten* in my workouts in a fasted state. I feel amazing afterwards…

I'm keto-adapted now (YAY!), I eat 20g-50g and manage to consistently stay in ketosis. You got to find your sweet spot! feel free to add me.

how much fat are you eating? We have to be mindful that this keto lifestyle is high fat, moderate protein and very few carbs. Without the high fat this lifestyle is useless. (took me some time to wrap my mind around this fact). I stall when I am not eating enough fat. Please don't forget to up your salt intake as well.

ok nobody go yelling at me but just want to clarify: If we use calculators such as the one given above we should not eat exercise cals back? Basically go by food intake not net intake? See this always confuses me. I think my problem have been overeating...I'm eating 1800ish plus half or more of my exercise cals because I…

So here goes...I really really want to do this BUT...eating 2300 cals as a part of my reset geeshhhh. After eating so low for so long this sounds foreign to me. I am willing to give it a try in hopes this reset will work but trust and believe I am going in kicking and screaming. Week one, let's do this.

I had chocolate hazelnut gelato today...so what...we adjust and move on. (simple & plain) God willing...tomorrow is a new day hence we move forward. :)
