This is the same as the 'perfect' face shape. Long story short: there isn't one. The human body is far too varied, and people's opinion of the body is far too varied, for there to be such thing as universal perfect measurements.

There is no necessity for anybody to come out or make some big statement about their sexuality. For one, how big of a part it is of someone's identity varies from person to person, and two, regardless of anything it isn't anybody's business. However. For those who do come out and are comfortable in doing so, it does…

I'm 5'3.5", currently 125lbs down from 165. I'm aiming for around 119.

Sunday mornings, before I've had anything to eat or drink.

I'm 5'3.5" and 125lbs, down from 165. I calorie cycle, so I don't eat the same amount of calories a day. I generally eat between 1300 - 1900 (NET) calories a day, with most days being below 1600. I walk as much as possible, try and pick more active things to do with my friends (bike rides vs cinema, etc), swim when I can…

Thank you! Aha, I was waiting for someone to mention that. My friend's have been singing it at me all week :') To be honest, I ate a bit of everything. I started this off telling myself I wasn't going to embark on something that I wasn't going to be able to maintain for life. (i.e, eating super healthy all of the time).…

I take it you mean a US size 10. Around 155 - 160lbs, and I'm 5'3.5"
-
Slow and steady is the way to do it. I could've eating super healthy and exercised a lot and lost the weight in 5 months as opposed to 9, but those are changes I never would've maintained and would've probably put half of it back on by now. The best way is to change things you know you can change for life :)

I'm 5'3.5", 125lbs and generally a UK 8 - 10 (US 4 - 6) or a Small, depending on the store.

I learned the art of moderation :') That was literally it. Thank you! :D
-
Thank you! And thanks everyone else! I'm 5'3.5" In all honesty, I'm 19 years old, and that comes with extreme laziness and an extreme fondness of alcohol. I basically ate healthy 80% of the time, learned portion control but didn't deny myself anything, and started walking a lot more as well as trying to pick the more…

'I'm not going to stop posting jokes I find hilarous,' also translates as 'I'm not going to stop being transphobic because I find it hilarious.' Obviously that's the correct way to go about thing. While we're all at it lets be racist, sizeist, homophobic and everything else as well, 'cause nothing's more hilarious than…

I hold onto one old pair of jeans and one old shirt to remind me of how far I've come. Other than that, I've just gotten rid of everything bigger than a 10/US 6. Goodbye fat clothes, I hope I never see you again!

There you go :) You have to add [ img] [ /img] to either side of the link (but without the spaces).

This. Transphobic douchebaggery isn't exactly witty. Trans people are already severely misrepresented and undermined in society as it is. Adding to it doesn't make anyone clever or funny.

I've lost 40lbs in a little over eight months. I'm now a size 4/6. I'm also a teenager, which means I like to get drunk off my face at least once a week, grab a slice of cake with my friends on occasion, enjoy popcorn with my movies and celebrate exam results with take out. And y'know what? I do fine. Why? Because I've…

The finger thing doesn't always work: At 5'3.5" my wrist is 6", putting me somewhere on the small/medium-framed border. However, I also have 'baby hands', meaning despite my relatively small frame, my fingers are also small and therefore don't touch when I wrap them around my wrist.

Y'know what's creepier? When you're an 18/19 year old girl and you get friend requests from suspicious looking middle age dudes who want to see a "progress" pic of you in your underwear. Ahem. Yeah.

I understand where you're coming from; I have a history with eating disorders myself. I'm currently 127 @ 5'3.5", aiming for 119, but people around me don't want me losing any more weight either, despite the fact that 119 is perfectly within the healthy weight range for my height. All you can really do to show her that 1.)…

I'm 19 and a half - close enough? :') Height: 5'3.5" HW: 180 SW: 165 CW: 127 GW: 119

It was a couple months before I really started seeing a difference.

It's very much down to body type. I'm a healthy weight and my thighs touch. My friend, who is a completely different body type to me, is a little bit overweight, and she has a thigh gap. Neither one is disgusting or 'wrong', it's simply down to how your body is built.

Obviously not everyone who eating a restricted diet develops an eating disorder. But it can and does happen. A lot of eating disorders in young girls especially start out this way. People who have low self-esteem and/or a desire to lose weight will do so by eating a very restricted amount of calories. Then when they reach…

Less than 1200 calories a day is considered disordered eating. If you eat 800 calories a day you are in very serious danger of developed a legitimate eating disorder, which trust me, is not fun at all. Your best bet would to be forget about the scale entirely for now, and work on improving your health. Eating so little has…

With binging it's really easy to fall into the mindset of "Well I've already f*cked up today, I'll stop binging tomorrow." You need to kick that to the curb right now. Even if you slip up and binge in the morning, afternoon, whenever, that doesn't mean you've ruined that day and you should keep on binging. That'd be like…

I would kill for your legs, be proud of them!

The healthy weight range for 5'1" is generally 98 - 132lbs. Although that's of course not applicable to anybody carrying a lot of muscle. Everyone's a different build; I would focus less on weight and more on body fat %. Optimal body fat for a 45 year old woman is generally somewhere between 22 - 30 %.

1. What did you have for breakfast? Nothing (I woke up really late) 2. How much water do you drink per day? 6 - 8 glasses 3. What are your favorite snacks? Apples, greek yoghurt, grapes, low-calorie hot chocolate, cereal bars. 4. How many calories do you eat per day? 1200 - 1900, depending. 5. What do you generally eat for…
