I'm in my late twenties and my goal is 132. Then after that I'm going by inches and body fat %. The lightest I've been is 117 but that was at 21 and know the body changes over time. I really just want an athletic looking body to look good and be able to trek around the world in!0

SW: 196 lbs
CW: 170-172
GW: 140
My goal weight seems much higher than everyone else's, but I do have a large frame.
I'm comfortable being a size 10 or so, and in the past, 140 has had me there. If I'm muscular, it's a good weight for me.0 -
I'm 5'3" and my goal is 118. Currently, I am 138.0

At 105 you should look very good, definitely on the skinny side of average, and still within healthy BMI.
I reached my original goal of 120 a while ago, but I wasn't happy with the results. I've gotten to 115 and that still wasn't too great. So my new goal is 110, and maybe 105-108 if I can make it.
My starting weight was 140.0 -
I'm 5' 2.75" lol the .75 counts! The best I've ever looked was 120lbs after I had two kids. However, with that being said.. Yes I was able to drop my weight but I wasn't tone. Thin but... I needed some muscle. So I know muscle ways more than fat.. I think my goal is 120-130. I'm going off of how I look when I get there! I'm currently 147 started few days ago with Turbo Fire work out and Body by Vi shakes....0

I'm 5'3 and my current weight is142 my goal weight is 120. I don't know what I will look like at that weight or what my measurements will be but once I get to that point I will reevaluate my goals.0

I am 5ft 3" and my goal weight is 105lbs! Currently at 121lbs! Trying to overcome an undiagnozed illness that has my tummy looking like its 4 months pregnant so that has set me back a lot but I'm trying to stick it out and hopefully whatever is going on inside me will be sorted soon so I can continue trying to lose my last bit of weight0

5'3 ..older than all of you *cough50cough*.....I'm at 152 now (started out at 165) . I want to get down to about 130 ..that is where at my age I look the best. ( I got down there 5 years ago and then ate it all back)
Also 5'3 and am older than most on here. I am at 158 now and want to get to 128 or 130. I put alot of weight on in my 40s. I feel 125 to 130 is where I look best for my age. Typically in my 20's and 30's I was around 115. After our son I was 118 for years.0 -
5'4" here (but close enough, eh?)
My original goal weight was 105... I got down to 108 and was starting to see too much bone... So I've been fiddling with my new goal weight and body fat percentages.
I'm currently at 116 and between 19-23% body fat. My goal is to be about 115 and between 15-18% body fat.

I'm 5.3 (barely) and my goal weight is also 105. I'm currently 108. However as I become more toned I don't really care what the scale says.0

I am 5'3" & 3/4 so I sometimes fudge it to 5'4" - haha. I think 105 would still be a little under the normal BMI range. I am 134lbs and have always weighed heavier than I look, I think due to muscle mass. I am wearing size 4-6 clothes now. My goal weight would be 125 but I am not sure if I can maintain that. I am planning to see 129 by the end of the year. My progress has only been 1-2 pounds a month but I have made small changes that I can support forever so the slow-go is ok with me.0

I'm actually 5'4" but going for 122 at the lowest... 125 is my "goal weight" but i'm looking for a range of 4 lb so maybe 122-126?0

I am barely 5'3" and currently weigh 153.7lbs. I would like to be 134 lbs. But honestly, I am not concerned so much about weight as I am about inches. I would like to be a size 6. Right now, I am roughly a 10/12. I am planning to hit my goal by January 1, but am not 100% certain that I can make it, given this odd plateau that I have been on for several months now despite the fact that I stopped working out and have been maintaining instead of losing for a while.0

I am 5' 3 1/2"...I am currently at 165. My goal weight is 130, but I am really working on feeling healthy. I am trying to reach my goal by January 19th (we will be celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary). That equals out to 2 lbs per week. I am hoping that I can do it.0

I'm 5'3 too : ) I think your profile pic looks just fine, but I understand wanting to weigh less. The lowest I have been is 108, but I wanted to be 103. I just couldn't get that last 5. LOL That was in high school. Now I'm nearly 40, 170 lbs and my goal is 130. I would be happy with 150 at this point!! : )0

I'm just under 5'3" and 46. At anything under 115, I look like a stick figure but I'm large boned and have a fair bit of muscle. My goal weight is 120-125.0

Hey - I m 5'3 as well rt now i weigh 135 and my goal is to shed 10 lbs-- idepending on your bone size, gentics, etc.. us 5'3 ladies should be in the 130- to 115 range is a helathy norm, acc to a physician not be considered "obese" LOL we should not get higher than 150 but again it def depends on your frame - and more importantly where YOUR comfortable and confident -- my lightest weight was 115 and i looked like a little girl and that was during college years ago.. but no matter what reach a goal that makes YOU happy as long as your doing it in a healthy fashion... and you look great you def have definition to your body -- are u training ? best of luck and GOD bless0

Im 5'2 and 162lbs, aiming for 140lbs as I look terribad if I go any lower. At 140lbs Im a US4 / UK6... guess Im just one of the heavies lol0

105 seems low.. im 5'4 and a healthy weight for a female my height is 120.. but i also rather be more toned then just a twig so maybe 105 would work for u if you didnt want to have any muscle.0

I'm 5'3", CW = 135lbs. I'm starting to steer away from a LB goal and focus more on muscle tone. I guess I'd rather be between 125 - 130 but as long as I'm lean an healthy the number on the scale isn't as big a deal. I say that mainly because I know that my body has been known to hold a heavier weight but look smaller. I build muscle really easily.0

I'm 5'3"...my current weight is 116 b/c I'm bulking...my comfortable weight is 110-112...I have been 106 before, WAY too skinny...I do like looking muscular though, so that might make a difference for you0
