I'm 5'3'' and personally think 105 is too low, but that's just me. I could never be 105 without losing some muscle, so I wouldn't even attempt it. My lean body mass is more than that...

I'm also 5'3". My goal is 125, which I think for my body might be slightly unrealistic. I have Hulk legs thanks to my dad and I think if I dropped below 125 I'd be compromising muscle. I'm perfectly satisfied stopping 5-10 pounds above my goal if I'm satisfied with the way I look and feel.
My start weight was 174, my current is 151.30 -
I'm 5'3 also. Before I had any kids, I was 120 lbs, wore a size 4 and I looked really good. After each pregnancy I would lose some and then gain and just go back and forth. Since May this year I have been working out daily, started out at 188 lbs. And now I am at 158lbs. So my goal weight is 120 lbs.0

I am 5'3.5" (approx). I currently weight about 148-150 (keeps changing back and forth). My goal weight is about 125. My smallest was about 117-119 in college and I looked a little too skinny for my body type. At 125 I was pretty darn happy with my body. I really want to tone up, rather than lose tons of weight. But I think I will be happy at the 125-130 range. It is such a struggle right now. I can't seem to get my weight to budge. I really miss my old favorite jeans!! But we can do it ladies! I am 5'2" but my goal weight is 115. I think 105 is kinda low... I mean all through high school I was very thin and healthy, but my lowest was 110-112. So I figure 115 is a good place to aim for. My initial goal right now is 120 and I am damn close! Once I get there, I wanna see if I can go lower to get to 115.0

I'm 5'2" and I am working to get to 120. I will re-evaluate when I get there. I was happy at the 110-115 range when I was younger but don't know if it would suit me now. I started at 200 and am at 178 now. I am nursing my 8th baby right now so I have to keep my calories up. I would like to eat around 1000 calories a day but force myself to eat 1200-1400 for my milk supply. Most people can not pull off 105 without looking sickly.0

It depends on your age and what weight you enjoy being. I am 5'2" and when I was in high school and college, I stayed around 105. In WW for my age when I was younger was 105-122. Now that I am older, it says I can weight up to 137. My goal is 125-130. When I got down to 114 about 10 years ago, people told me I looked too skinny. I looked my best around 125, which means I still have 25 to go. Best of luck.0

Im 5' 2" and weigh 225 my first goal is 200. my ultimate goal is 130 although I have been told that it should be around 115. I just can see myself that small. I haven't been that size since I was 12 or 13 years old0

I think 130 is a pretty realistic goal (although at the moment I am just excited to be around 160 since I can't remember a time when I was that low). Ultimately I think it would be nice to be around 120, but we'll see how I feel when I get closer to my GW.
If anyone wants to add me, feel free. Would love to meet some ladies with similar goals, although any encouragement and support is welcomed. I plan to start blogging more. I'll probably make my diary public or friends only, but right now it is set to private. Probably should change that as it would make me more accountable.0 -
I'm 5'3", age 38, currently a very broad-shouldered 145 and my goal is 130. Maybe 125, but the last time I'd dropped to that weight, people were telling me I looked too thin.0

Thank god for this thread! It's putting everything in perspective for me. Atm, I'm 5'2.5, and I weigh 160 lbs. The lowest I've ever been was 150 lbs. I've never really felt fat, but I know I'm not exactly healthy either My goal weight is 130 lbs.

My goal weight is 120, although i really liked me at 116 in high school.
My weight when i started was 164 and i am down to 149.
105 is underweight for 5'3" according to every chart i have ever seen. Check with your doctor to see what is a healthy range for you.0 -
I'm 5'2" and I just started tonight. I have hit the 250 line (250.4 to be exact) and I've had enough. My goal is 130. I don't remember what it was like to be that size, so I guess that will have to be adjusted if I don't like it when I get there.0
