I had to track my P90X workouts under cardio. If you don't have a heart monitor you can google the P90X workout and calories and it will give you an idea. Of course everyone is different so I just used an average when I started.

I used to do two a day when i was in better shape. Working my way back to being able to do it!! i loved doubles because it would give me a rush :smile: Good Job!!!!

I did P90X in 2011 and lost 20 lbs gained some back but that was my fault. I liked it, I never knew what workouts to do but P90X set the program for me and told me what to do. I just started again and am on the 2nd week. I'm enjoying working out again. I don't know you fitness level but don't get down if you can't do what…
