  • Really, you are doing great. Sometimes it seems like being done would be easier, but having done both formula and nursing I can truly say nursing is easier in the long run. I love not having to remember the formula and the bottles and cleaning the bottles,, but I totally understand how frustrating it can be to figure it…
  • I only own about 9 pr of shoes and about 10 pr of flip flops. :) My favorites are Toms and Chacos. I did own about 40 pr this time last year but donated a bunch to Soles4Souls. Check them out if you are looking to get rid of shoes. Great organization.:flowerforyou:
  • Started the 30DS last week, on Day 7 Level 1, already lost 2 lbs, 4 inches, and have tons more energy. I like that I can burn about 250 in just 25 minutes and feel encouraged all day long. My abs finally stopped being sore around day 5, hoping to keep this going as part of my workout options. :flowerforyou:

  • I've been BF my daughter for 16 months now and with my previous 2 girls I lost the weight by taking a natural supplement called fanugreek. It helps your supply and you can then watch your calories closer. eat lots of fresh food, the less processed the better, and if you can take the little man out for a walk.

  • BF is added in your food diary. Some people add a new meal for just BF. You search for Breastfeeding as a food and it will come up with a couple different options for you to select depending on the age of your child and how much you are nursing.
