I know that I have not been on here everyday lately but it has been a mad house around here with the new job and my nephew living with us for now. I do have to say that I have made my 8 glasses almost everyday there has been a few days where i have not got more then about 4 in. I am going to have to find a place at work…

As of Jan 25th Jan 22nd I did nothing, Jan 23rd I did 35 min treadmill, Jan 24th I walked for 30min, Jan 25th I did 35 min on bike, 35 min treadmill, 25 min elliptical

The 20th I drink 8 glasses and the 21st I drink 9 glasses.

As of Jan 21st, Sorry I did not post yesterday but I did 36 min on the treadmill and 15 min on the elliptical. Today I did 50 min on the treadmill.

Today I wen to the gym like always but only did the treadmill and the stair climber and a few weights because we went into the hot tub today.so that cut the workout a little bit.

As of Jan19th Today: 35 minutes treadmill, 8 minutes stair climber, 20 minutes weights.

As of Jan 18th 25 minutes on the treadmil, 25 minutes on the bike, 30 minutes weights

Sorry that I did not post yesterday. I did nto drink that much water yesterday I would say about 4 cups. I just was not thirsty but I know that I should drink anyway. But today I will have drunk 12 glasses. So I guess I made up for yesterday.

As of Jan17th I did not post yesterday but I did 27 minutes on the treadmill, 30 minutes on the elliptical Today i did 30 minutes on the treadmill and weights.

what kind of work do you do? Today I had 9 glasses almost did not make it, I satrted late because I slept in today felt good tho.

Today was 9 glasses of water, had a hard time with it today and I dont know why because I love water. Anyway at least I got what I needed in lol.

Today i only moved my livingroom things around and cleaned a little bit. No gym today.

As of Jan 14th 10 minutes moving my livingroom things around, 15 minutes cleaning, No gym today.

For Jan 11th I did my normal thing at the gym, Did not go to the gym on the 12th because I had another doctor's appointment, and the 13th I went to the gym and did 25 miuntes on the treadmill and 20 minutes on the elliptical then had a appointment with a trainer to see what more I can do to get my tummy down. I dont know…

Today I only had 8 glasses, I was not feelin good all day so I slept alot today. Great Job everyone keep up the good work.

Great Job Sis!!!! I know how you feel You know those jeas that were gettin to big well now i have to wear a belt to hold them up if I dont want to sag to my knees all the time. Well keep up the good work.

I THINK THAT IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA TO DO THE GROUP THING. As of Jan 11th Just did 25 minutes on the bike and tried to do the stair climber and only lasted 5 minutes.

It was about the same today except it was 5 minutes less. I had to leave a little early for a doctors appointment. I guess that I will have to make it up. I guess I should day that this is for Jan 10th, I know that I am postin late.

Today I went to the gym and did 25 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes on the elliptical, and 30 minutes on the weights. Was a great workout. Y'all keep up the good work.
