Strawberry is my go-to flavor when I get overwhelmed by too many choices haha but my favorite is probably Brigham's (an ice cream that is only around Boston I think) peppermint stick. BEST FLAVOR EVERRRR

I haven't heard of cream cheese but personally I substitute 0% greek yogurt, unsweetened applesauce or reduced fat sour cream for the oil/butter in recipes. If you don't want to drastically change the consistency I suggest only substituting half the butter/oil that the recipes calls for. Egg whites for eggs should be a…

Ugh I've been doing the same thing =/ On nights I successfully don't stuff my face I find that herbal tea or iced water with lemon helps.

All natural frozen fruit bars, such as Edy's or the 365 Whole Foods bar are creamy and satisfying but just pureed fruit that has been frozen! Most varieties are between 100 and 130 calories. I personally love the mango and the strawberry but I bet the coconut would be super creamy and satisfying!

Yum I really want to try making some black bean burgers soon!

I like to have a morning star vegetarian sausage patty with oatmeal made with some sort of fruit mixed in. One patty is 80 calories, 3 carbs, 3 g of fat and 10 g of protein.

Yup and it stinks! Once I got under 190 everything slowed down to a snails pace =/ And it doesn't help that I got discouraged but this stalling so the past two months have been pretty erratic in regards to my consumed calories. I just seem to stop caring for a second and eat a very dumb snack, often I won't measure it so…

If you like bread then eat it! I personally don't want to give up bread so I just stick to portion control. The loaf I buy is a12 grain from whole foods and I try to only have one piece at a time (110 calories per slice) I eat a lot of open face egg sandwiches for breakfast or half sandwiches with plenty of raw vegetables…

I feel like I have been sabotaging myself all month. I will plan out a really great day, get in a good workout and I always leave room for some snacks so I never feel deprived...but then I just throw all that hard work out the window and inhale food =/

I recently bought some almond milk (the sweetened Whole Foods variety) and I loved it! Before that I was drinking soy milk and 2% cow's milk (after finally weaning myself off the delicious creamy whole milk) I wend out and bought some of the shelf-stable almond milk that doesn't need to be refrigerated until opened to keep…

That is awesome! You look great, your face has thinned out wonderfully!

The highest number I ever saw on the scale was 299 lbs. I felt sluggish, I had poorly controlled asthma and I was scared of becoming diabetic. When my doctor test my A1C at only 16 years old I knew that I had to change. Its been a long road (I'm almost 23 now) but I'm down over 100 lbs and I'm in better physical condition…

Kudos to you for taking control of your life and coming back full force with tracking and exercising!

You look awesome! Your hard work and dedication has certainly paid off and you should be proud!

I usually have 300-500 calories for breakfast depending on my schedule. On mornings that I wake up and eat early before work I will have a smaller breakfast of under 400 (coffee, cream, egg, toast, cream cheese) at 5:30 am and then have a mid-morning snack of yogurt, berries and nuts (around 250-300 cals) at 9am. this way…

Hey I'm 5'10" and my goal right now is to get to 170lbs. Once there I will assess how I look and feel and decide if I want to lose more. I'm thinking 155-165 will be my actual end point.,..I really just want to shrink my giant belly!

Ugh people have started telling me that my arms and hands looks very thin, and I've noticed that my legs are starting to look normal, even in shorts. Too bad my stomach is still so large. I'm afraid I will look like a watermelon with sticks poking out of it! ETA: I think diet is the key to losing belly...but I love bread…

I love avoiding things with exercise =] especially school work haha

You look pretty in all your photos but Wow, what a great transformation! Keep up the great work =]

for a moisturizer I use argan oil. I personally have dry skin but I have heard from people with oily skin that it also helps them maintain a better moisture balance and reduces the oil that their skin produces. I use one from sephora that it is pretty pricey but you only need a few drops so it lasts a while. I have also…

Hey guys! My name is Hannah and I'm turning 23 in a month =] I'm in nursing school for my BSN and I work as a nurse's aid and a cashier at whole foods. I love cooking, gardening, knitting and going out and trying new restaurants. I try to work out a lot and walk everywhere when I have the time. I'm interested in friends…

When I was waiting for the bus going home from the gym I saw a lady doing lunges (possibly on the way to the gym)! I thought it seemed like a great idea =]

I'm also interested in this...I only eat meat once a day, sometimes not at all but I do eat eggs and greek yogurt and protein powder and nuts. I still seem to overdo it with the carbs most days and fall short on my protein goals.

I'm currently wearing clothes 1-2 sizes too big..maybe more I haven't been shopping for casual clothes in so long! Once things start looking so big that they no longer look good I donate them. I plan to bring some of my nicer items such as dresses and interview clothes to Buffalo Exchange to sell and make some money! I…

I usually work 7-3:30 and my boyfriend works any and all shifts. If he is going to be home by 7 I will wait for him. If not then I will have a plate of delicious food waiting for him right when he walks in the door =] He isn't offended and is just grateful to get a home cooked meal!

http://www.thegraciouspantry.com/clean-eating-carrot-cake-oatmeal/ If you look around that site there are a million delicious sounding oatmeal recipes! I've tried something similar to the carrot cake one with shredded carrots, some spices, agave nectar, pecans and raisins and it was awesome! I usually have blueberries or…

My sister's ankles pronate (her feet turn in so she walks on her arches) and if she goes a few days without wearing her supportive new balance walking sneakers, or does a lot of walking in a pair of flats or TOMS she ends up with knee pain. If she wears her NB sneakers she doesn't have any pain. It may be something to look…

Hey all! I'm 5'10" and my goal is around 160-170 depending on how I look and feel. I think it would be nice to have a few more friends on here with goals closer to mine. The majority of my friends list seems to be short girls with goals of 120lbs...no where close to me! Feel free to send me a request but please include a…

I just made a new sandwich today and it is AMAZING! http://www.tastespotting.com/features/green-goddess-grilled-cheese-sandwich-recipe I based it off of the above link and just whipped up a quick pesto with some basil, parsley and baby spinach with the usual pine nuts, garlic, parmesan and olive oil. I didn't have any…
