  • I feel so much better when I am exercising and especially after a really good work out. I feel accomplished with that sweat dripping down my face and my shirt stuck to my back.   • My NP suggested at least 60 oz per day, and more if I am exercising.
  • People I see regularly at work didn't start noticing until I had lost almost 20 lbs. Thought now someone new mentions it almost every shift which is nice. But of course I'm not doing this for them haha, though I appreciate the positive comments.

  • I've been using Brianna's Blush Wine Vinaigrette over a salad of mixed greens or spinach with goat cheese, pecans and dried cranberries. Sooooo delicious =] I also like just lemon juice and olive oil for salads with feta.

  • Currently snuggled on the couch with hot water bottle and a hot cup of chamomile! I like Stash Premium and Celestial Seasonings for brands. I currently have green, chamomile, chai, earl gray, and about a million different herbal blends. I think I have at least one cup per day, but usually more.

  • I've known some friends to get anemic while on their period which could definitely contribute to weakness and fatigue. As for pain, I know I feel better when I exercise so I try to hit the gym or at least walk during my period. It seems to work for me.
  • I had an awesome salad once with just some red quinoa, walnuts, dried cranberries, avocado, and cucumbers. I served it over some baby romaine with a poppy seed dressing. Usually I make tabbouleh though, but someone else already beat me to that suggestion :tongue:

I attempted the past two challenges but didn't lose 5 lbs in either month....only 1.6 lbs in April, but I can definitely feel and see a difference in my body so I know positive changes are happening regardless of the scale.   • Not only should you definitely eat breakfast before going but make sure to drink water tonight and tomorrow morning! I have recently started making shakes in the morning before going to the gym but any normal healthy breakfast will be fine. Good luck! And way to go in taking another step towards a healthier you!
  • If you only want a few I'm sure halving the recipe would be simple enough...or do do what I did and bring a whole bunch to work! Luckily people love cookies, especially free and unexpected cookies haha. I haven't tried meringue cookies but I've seen recipes and they look really light and airy!
