Fail to prepare, prepare to fail is a good motto and works. I try to plan ahead as it helps keep on track but the great thing is you can change stuff as the day goes on if you feel you fancy something else.

THIS^^^^ is how it works total honesty ban NOTHING!!!! but moderate things burn more than you eat, eat healthy and well, don't starve yourself and remember it did'nt go on overnight so it won't come off overnight. setting your losses too high is a sure way to fail aim for 1 to 2 lbs a week which is sensible and safe. and…

Never give up I'm at this at the moment got 7lbs to go and I keep going up and down cannot get rid of the last few pounds. I have changed to eating TDEE -20% give or take. I seem to just want to eat and then I eat back my exercise cals. Fell free to add me we can work at this together. We have to remember how far we have…

feel free to add me on here everyday, but I'm with the other cals a very low. the posts re TDEE are a great way to go xx I'm 5'6" and eating TDEE minus 20% which should give me 1lbs loss. I try not to eat back my exercise cals so my daily cale total is 1918. I only have 7lbs to go to my goal of 170lbs, I'd like to get to…

103lbs down yep1 it works believe all the hype you want the only way to do it is eat healthy, exercise, cut portion sizes and make sure what you put in is less than you burn. Doctors tell us the truth might not be what you want to hear but believe me it's the only way that worked for me

Blame the deed not the breed ANY dog can be nasty but the owners create the monsters. I own an English bull terrier daft as toast but I would never trust her 100% and you never should with ANY dog it is after all and animal descended from wolves . My brother in law is a doctor and he said that the most recorded dog attacks…

Hi sounds like they may be scared or jealous of your new attitude. tell them thanks but no thanks and that you are NOT on a diet you are changing your life and lifestyle, your not telling them what to eat or not so they shouldn't be doing it to you. It will get easier I promise. Try to avoid the situations with those…

sugar goes mad if you eat fruit on here so I agree with the posts above, just try to avoid refined 'white' sugars

I'm doing on the treadmill so using the reading from that to create my own exercise on here, most people use a heart rate monitor to get exact (ish) readings. I have just started it love it
