                very true I don't do DIET anymore ,this is a lifestyle change only when you drop the word diet do you really start to see your life changing

                Most Diet/low fat/ so called healthy stuff is higher in cals salt and sugar no matter who's brand it is I have found. just need to read the labels :wink:

                Sounds like Aldi in the US is not as good as the UK, never had any problems with stuff going off occasionally the stuff on the shelves is short dated but then I won't buy it if I know it won't get eaten before the dates. Can't fault them to be honest :@)

                I set to maintain which lasted 2 days lol I am back to my normal cals yesterday I felt so full it was stupid and I didn't even eat that much. just can't do it anymore finally realised my body tells me when it's had enough

                Hi I weigh on Friday morning 1st thing (after the loo lol). Lost 1.6lbs this week I have upped my cals and doing the fat2fit way but not quite the full amount of cals they suggest.                 I have lost 48lbs since January on here. Counting cals exercise and being 100% honest with everything I eat. I cut back on fats and bread but not denied myself anything just moderation.

                I have the weightwatchers glass ones from Argos but all scales vary unless they are regularly calibrated and you weigh at the same time on the same surface. I always weigh first thing and with no clothes on so I get an accurate-ish weight track. However you can ditch the sceles for a bit and go by measurments as these are…

                I eat 1590 I upped my cals as I found I was'nt losing, personally I could'nt survive on 1200 think it is unrealistic. :@)

                It's help me become 6 stone lighter and well on the way to a healthy weight, reduced my diabetes problems ,given me confidence I could go on but above all I have found some FANTASTIC FRIENDS who support and motivate me 110%. MFP has truely chnaged my life for the better!

                I try to plan ahead so that I can avoid those 'what shall I eat' moments and make bad choices. I input the day before and some times will try to do a whole week in advance so I know what I'm eating. the only meal I somethimes leave open is dinner but i plan my breakfast and lunches in advance all the time.
