Also, just for the record, I’ve never counted a calorie in my life! I’ve always gone by eating clean, eat bright coloured veg, exercise, and don’t beat yourself up about it! All things in moderation. Only thing is, I want abs NOW!!

Argh, I maybe didn’t make myself clear! I usually eat about 1800-2000 calories a day, (by bad calories I just meant crap!) and of course I know it’s fuel. I'm on 1200 but every time I complete the diary it says hat based on my food diary and exercise, I'm eating too few calories to lose anything. I thought I was eating well? Help!

I'm 1200, and can't even seem to eat that much but I'm always eating?! Confused. Is it because I'm a veggie? I tend to up my calories by sticking a glass of vino at the end which is not good!
