i looked into it and didnt get it so i recommend doing what i did and making your own smithies freeze just about any fruit over night and throw in a blender or food processor if u dont have one then after you essentially pure the frozen stuff add your liquid i usually ad oj or yogurt oh and i recommend adding bananas…

i would need to clear it with my feionce he gets pretty jealous but i agree i need some one to help push me and challenge me ive fallen off a few times before mostly in frustration in my lac of control so perhaps we could talk more about challenges to use

yes and no there are scales that will measure food (like the scales you used in elementary school)

i didnt read them all but if you have lost weight and become more active you could have changed your needs so try adjusting your calorie goal to see if you really need more or not and if you so eat sonething small 100 or 200 cals but make it fillinf like a slice of bread not just sugar

im so in i love challenges they really keep me going and i agree to have more than one suggestion a week maybe 2 or 3 depending on what we come up with i also like the idea of physical challenges and i dont think it needs to be just ten weeks u could just post a new one each week and it dosnt have to be the same person…

i thought i had it when i was younger ... still do when they drew my blood for donations i didnt have highenough iron to do it. but anyway i dont take pills i always forgit so im not gonna try suplements i looked it up and red meat has alot of iron but i know u dont eat that alor of dark green vegies do to just look up…

well i saw you lowered ur cal goal why? you dont need to have so few cals take away 300 from your tdee instead of 500 its not a race dont starve your self but i agree cook for yourself and youll be able to control what goes into it you can use less butter and stuff like that cookinf your self is cheaper too

in my opion i would say net according to otherpeople on here mfp thinks your eating ur cals back so you should if your burning more than your eating it could be realy bad for you
