measuring cooking ingredants
idk how to look this up but how to you measure howmuch lets say flour you coat something with or eggs i make chicken fingers i bake them but how the hell do i measure i never use all the flour or breadcrums so how would i do it? and theres no way for you to choose if you fry or what ever if i did how would u measure that

measuring "cups" in oz or grams
ok i have a question and i cant seam to find the answer in fourms but if a cup is 8 oz dose that mean you can weigh things like fruits and veg instead or craming them into a cup? or do they want the left over space in it to calculate?

extra calories/ small meals/ water/ excercise
1) Im a stay at home mom so timing isnt really a problem so I eat about every 4 hours.
