okay so I need some new friends the ones I have don't actually talk very much an I like being able to have a conversation with the people I'm friends with as opposed to people who only post there goals and their exercise I want people to go back and forth with with advice and motivation not someone who just adds me to collect people

I work at a restaurant in Texas so I'm constantly sweating my *kitten* off I walk to work everyday I usually have a salad before I clock in at nightafter I get off work me and my roommate usually make some real dinner usually pasta or something but I'm usually not all that hungry it's almost like my body doesn't want to eat and I don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thingI just don't usually feel very hungry I don't want to eat junk so I try very hard not to eat from boredom occasionally I will eat something at 10 or 11 but I drink a lot throughout the day and not usually water unfortunately however I'm getting better because I'm mixing it with lemonade to give its just a little flavor I've bought water bottles so I can't drink water at home but I do not like tap water still at work I usually end up drinking sprite or the lemonade mix

any advice on my eating habit because when I clock out I usually have no motivation to exercise my shoulders and up incredibly sore I don't have transportation to join a gym not the funds for it

I really like sliced cucumber in my water. It's way less acidic than lemons, and has way fewer calories than lemonade or Sprite.

The Sexypants post should be required reading for all MFPers: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1080242-a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-Sexypants

Feel free to add me. I am a bit older then you but I love adding new friends. I am on here every day. I do read posts! I used to belong to a gym before I moved to NC. I don't have the time nor do I want to spend the money on a gym. I have about 50 lbs to lose. I work out almost every day for at lest 40 mins. Thank goodness for free videos on youtube! I found a husband/wife team today that offer free workout videos on youtube or through their website. It is called fitnessblender.com. The best thing I could do for my health besides trying to lose weight and exercise is quit drinking sodas. I understand what you mean by eating late at night. My issue is I don't get hungry until around noon or so. I then find myself eating at night around 9pm because I am still hungry. I am on a 1200 calorie daily goal and I sometimes find it hard to meet that goal, I usually eat around 1000 calories a day.

OK so I work mostly second shift so my work day most of the time starts at 5pm so when I get off at 10 or11 is when I have time to eat. So late night is not as much of an issue just cuz its when I have time to cook. When I have an earlier shift as well as my 5shift I come home and sleep usually cuz its so hot and I usually don't get enough sleep to get up at 9 after closing at11 the night before and having a few hours to wind down. Its not late night snacking its the second rarely third meal of my day

And as for exercise my job tires me out my shoulders are usually killing me by the time I leave so that and just being covered in sweat from the day I just wanna relax. I'm not a morning person although that's when I have time but it gets so hot here in the middle of the day makes me not wanna go outside. And I only have my phone no cp so videos and stuff are harder to watch and keep up and be able to see.

    Hi,
I'm not everyone's cup of tea, but I'm more a shot and beer girl so I don't worry to much about the tea drinkers.
I like to interact with people about other things too.
    Good luck to you.

Hey feel free to add me...If you are on your feet all day that could count as your exercise. ..Staying motivated is tough when you don't have support or negative thinking. What are your goals for healthy living? Are your goals realistic? One thing that I do is to have small achievable goals each day. Like drinking my water for the day or eating more vegetables that day. Not beating yourself up is key.

Work (including housework, yard work & childcare) is part of your activity level, not exercise.

If you exercise regularly, your shoulders won't hurt so much and you'll have even more energy. :)
