ok so im 5'4 225 i dont have a scale but my goal weight is 150 but im going to try to do measurments instead my neck is 15.5 waste 45 and hips 47 which means i am at 38% bmi my goal is 25%
my bmr is1840 and my tdee is 2200 i have reduced my daily caloric intake to 1500 which gives me a daily deficit of 700 or 1.5lbs a week loss
i have ajusted my micro nutrients to 40 carbs 35 proteine and 35fat tracking but not really measuring just yet but trying to boost protein
i dont go shoping so i have little to no say in what somes into the house but i have a few things for now but im trying to make health choices and increase my watter intake which is more diffaculy than it sounds especially since im used to being dehydrated all the time
im trying to work out more as well i have uped my weekly goal to 800 4 days a week or 30 min a week which ever is ok with me so if i go for a 30 min walk and dont burn that much atleast it was 30 min of activity
im looking to see if this are good goals are realistic and what if anything you have to add or coment i would apreciate input as well as your own fitness goals

Honestly, you just need to do it. Try it. If it works for you, awesome. If not, try again. I've been working as hard as I can push myself lately, and got to a monthly weight loss of 16.6 pounds. I think your weight loss goals are real, and I think you're on the right track. Just push yourself, do things you never thought you could.
Good luck0 -
