that must be why mine hurt all the time i si with my legs crossed to keep them off the flor so my daughter dosnt bite them and i also have a torn ligament but mine is from an accident... in highschool i fell bawkwards on some ice and i guess hyper evtended it or something but lately its ben hurting alot

im 5'4 and curently weigh 225 in highschool i was up to 240 for a long time and now my goal is to get down to 150 purelt because thats what the fat meater said its just alittle over healthy but im ok with that i dont remember a time when i was that small

me too i hate lundges i can do squats but lundges hurt i dont like anything that your feet leave the ground aka jumping i can feel peoples steps thought the house so i dont want to jump besides it makes me feel weired oh and i hate the stair climer
