  • ok well i have an answer for you from my experence im always up late im talking about like 2 at least most dayd but i also get up at 8 am and because of my longer day i eat more meals i always save calories for a nightly snack because im used to eating at night dosnt help that my bf works nights so thats when he comes home…

  • my opion is it would make u loose weight but as long as u have as much as u need for survive which they have a caculator for btw u should be ok but make sure your not hungry i eat every 4 hours to keep up my matabalism and not let my self get hungry
