I am always on target by the end of the day, but when it comes to exercise I'm a morning person so I'm trying to build a good habit of at least getting something in my stomach before I go out. Fruit seems like a good idea, oatmeal might seem a little rich but I can give it a try. Thank you for the replies so far!

Yes! Walking is great, especially for long distances. You'll really see the difference if you remain consistent.

Already doing it! I began walking 6 miles a day at the beginning of January so this challenge is perfect. Bring it on! :)

Try stevia. Its a natural zero calories sweetener without the processing found in other sweetners such as splenda or sweet and low. Plus, it doesn't have that bitter chemical after taste. Its also super popular in Japan. I loooove it and recommend it for sure. :)
