I drank beer and ate junk food everyday for three months I also was on medication that had side effects of weight gain and increased appetite

I set my goals to 5 pounds at a time which ultimately add up to one big goal. Each time that I reach 5 pounds lost, I like to reward myself with something for working hard to getting to that goal. I find that it's much easier to concentrate a few pounds at a time than one big goal. It's just a personal preference. :)

I completely hate coconut water. But I tried coconut milk for my first time the other day, and it's absolutely splendid. Doesn't taste a thing like the water does. It tastes creamy and sweet. Give it a try!

I'm in the same boat as you. When I was at my lowest weight of 107 to my second highest weight of 144 I was always a 34C. Now I'm 160 and they are a 36DD. I'm interested in what people have to say. >.<

I've joined a gym and so far I've just kept to myself but they do have some classes that they offer and I can try to socialize there. And yeaaaah roller derby does sound fun :)

The only place I go and socialize is at my college and it seems like every one I meet likes to go out and party. But I will try to look for groups or clubs that interest me and go from there. :)

This is my inspirational photo. I took this on my 19th birthday, which was a little over a year ago. Although it wasn't the thinnest I've ever been, this was the first time where I felt beautiful and glamourous about myself. I want to get back to this and get back into modeling but with a healthier mind and body. :)

Lately, I've been doing a semi vegetable and fruit fruit fast where breakfast, lunch, and snack in between are all fruits and veggies and then for dinner I'll have a normal meal like chicken and then add tons of veggies and fruit to my plate. Not exactly raw, but I like to think these are green days. :)

Thanks for all the replies guys! I will definetly be keen on those brain zaps But today I felt good. First day I've been good in awhile Before I wasnt getting dressed, grooming myself, sleeping all day, and eating bad. But today was different. Anybody else out there with experience?
