I am hoping with a healthy lifestyle I can help my Bipolar along side with medication. One day maybe, if I can reach the discipline, I can maintain balance. But right now in my life, it's something thats needed.

Yesssss Nothing is better than an ice cold 40oz. And I enjoyed one a little too many this summer. I just recently completely cut them out of diet because I had gained a lot weight from drinking too much hahaa But, maybe every once in awhile I'll treat myself ;D

Yes! 1. Wash morning and night 2. Use an exfoliator and a cleanser. I use some apricot scrub and then some Clearasil 3. Always moisturize. Mine is my collar bone. But I'm not obsessed with them in a disorderly way, but I have a very prominent one and it looks nice when I lose weight. Thats how I can tell I'm dropping pounds. On another, presumably guys, I'm obsessed with their obliques. It looks good when were uh, gettin down :smokin:

When I actually started my weight loss journey I was a 36C Now I've lost weight and inches, especially around my waist and when I went to V.S. the other day... I am now a 36D Smaller waist and bigger boobs? Sure, I'll take it ;D

I'm 5"5 5"6ish and my heaviest weight was 143 I am now at 137 My goal is 120-125. Might be lower, but I know that I was at my healthiest looking when I was at 124 so that's my goal for now. :D Feel free to add me <3
