Which one is the most attractive to you?

Between 25-30% are most attractive and how I'd love to look. To me it is a very feminine shape that I'd love to have.

25 - 30%

I'd like to be 20-22...at about a 25 right now...but as somebody, or MORE than SOMEBODY'S have stated, I think it's more about the shape and proportion. I don't think MY 25 looks like THAT 25. :ohwell:

I would personally love to be 20% body fat... however I am about 25% now... I'd love to have some abdominal definition! To look and feel fit is what I want!

I would love to be in 15%-22%.
That is body fats percentage I supposed I jz fit in into e higher end.. I m 21.1%. Hope will b better.

20-22 is what looks most attractive on me - so that's what I'm aiming for.`

I'm currently at about 22.5% body fat -- my torso is small but my thighs, frankly, look more like the 25-30%. So I'm trying to bring my body fat down so I can trim my thighs. Oh, vanity haha
