I need some help with this topic as well, I exclusively pump and set my caloric goal to be 2000. HOWEVER, I pump around 50 oz a day, so I'm curious, should I allow myself an extra 500 calories or should I allow myself 20 cal/oz? I started my weight loss journey about 2 weeks before I found out I was pregnant. I am 29 weeks and havent gained anything, I lost about 30 lbs during this pregnancy and have maintained that weight loss. I havent lost any weight in the past two months. My doctor is beyond pleased as its due to eating healthier and moving more so, so far so good!

I personally love to have a cup of low fat vanilla yogurt with 1/3 cup macerated strawberries and 1/4 cup of my favorite vanilla almond granola and its about 250 cals total. It doesnt hold me over quite as well as some eggs do but its so quick and good and healthy to eat at work that I really can't beat it.

I walk 3 times a week and do a 90 minute yoga class to help keep me in shape and maintain my weight loss, at 26 weeks I have yet to gain anything and am stil down 30 lbs!

You also may want to contact your local WIC office about breastfeeding. I'm not sure if you qualify but they always have a lactation consultant (a good friend is the one for our local office) and they are extremely PRO-breastfeeding.
