Yes!! I'm 7 months out and I feel EXACTLY the same! I don't "feel" like I'm at the weight I am but see it by my clothing sizes. I see the same person in the mirror as I always have!

I try to eat more for breakfast and eat lighter for lunch, dinner and snacks. I have always heard to eat more earlier so you have more time to burn it throughout the day because after dinner you are typically not as active (I know I'm not:))

LIPTON Diet Green Tea with Mixed Berry Flavor which has NO calories! I am not a fan of green tea but with this all you taste is the mixed berries which is a good change every now and again from water.

Mine was set to private but recently changed to friends only. I like to view other peoples diaries to get ideas for healthy foods to eat when I get tired of the same old things :)

But thanks everyone for the feedback. I know I need t start eating more fruits and veggies but never really thought about nuts, olive oil etc.

The weekends are like that maybe but during the work week is my problem.

I made my food diary public. Before MFP I was eating alot of fast food/greasy foods. Also, I have been trying to drink lots of water which I didn't do before and this adds to filling me up.
