I agree about the Wii FIT. I was so disappointed to see that you don't get very many calories burned on it.

Hi JNsAngel33, The abdomen and surrounding area is where the body keeps its main storage of unused caloric energy. Its also a storehouse for insulin resistance. To make it short and simple, the way to get rid of tummy fat is to reduce the amount of starchy carbs in your diet. Breads, white potatos, white rice, etc must go.

If you don't "have to" go (i.e. meeting, someone drags you there, etc.) don't choose that as a place to go. Just DON'T. There's no way I could survive in a place like that... too much to choose from, and the mentality of "get it while I can" would take over my common sense. DON'T DO IT! :)
