YouTube had some great videos on stretches and strengtheners. Tomorrow night I do Legs & Back/P90X so hopefully I can make it through it. Just taking time off, resting/elevating/icing/heating my knee for now. It's about all I can do is rest it. thanks for the tips everyone!

I've had 3 babies via c-section (now 10, 8 & 7), I really didn't think there was any hope for me! I figured I'd be stuck with this lower belly mom pooch for the rest of my life. :sad: You ladies have gave me the inspiration that I've been needing...so thank you for that!

I do exactly what AggieLu does and believe me, it works! Just a sports bra alone leaves too much room for bounce and its tough on the boobies and breathing! :laugh:

I did the full 30DS and haven't done it in months and I still have trouble with my knees. I never had any trouble before. Protect your knees, be careful with lunges.

Awesome job! I can see the difference and kudos to you for doing P90X. It's intense but it works! You make me want to restart it again! (I didn't make it the full 90 days+ )

Cover it with a large bandage (the biggest you can find) and then wrap gauze around it to hold the bandage in place. It should stay secure and not get rubbed.

Thanks everyone! I'm glad to hear that I'm not alone but sorry that you have all dealt with sore knees. I even completed 2 1/2 months of P90X and didn't have ANY problems at all. I quit P90X because of the hour long workouts and began to really hate the workouts. Now I see why they were hour long, they were brutal but…

I hope you measured first! Because you'll be gaining muscle, that'll add weight. Don't go by the scale. Go by measurements. I'm on day 21 and have only lost 2 pounds but am down over 10 inches (today is measure day so I can't give you an accurate number). Keep at it and drink LOTS of water too! :happy:

One thing I noticed is it goes down a lot easier of it's basically room temperature. If it's cold, I have to choke it down and gag! :sick: Another idea, add a packet of crystal light to your water, that definitely goes down a lot easier! Mine too! I've also noticed after a brisk walk that I get tiny twitches in my thighs too. So I'm twitchy and itchy after a good workout but it is a good twitch and itch! :laugh: Anyone have a reason as to why, I would also love to know!
