Whithout knowing exactly what you are eating it's hard to say but I'd suggest more lean protein like chicken and fish.... it has points but it's still good for you.

They don't let us stream music at work either because it takes up to much bandwidth and if everyone did it would slow our systems down. Radios don't work in our buildings either. I bring my ipod and put one ear bud in and leave the other out to hear co-workers and the phone ringing or I plug my computer speakers right into…

I gained 20 pounds on the Depo and spotted for almost 6 month straight. It was terrible! I'd bet it's the cause of your spotting.

MFP suggested 1200 for me and NROLW suggest over 1860 so I split the diffrence and eat approx. 14500... I've been doing this about two weeks and the first week I gained 1 pound and the second week I lost two.

There should be a good solid balance of the two. I lift 3x per week and do cardio 3x per week and take Sunday's off completely. It seems to be working well for me as a well rounded work out plan.

I agree that the Step 1 workouts feel short but I can feel them working and my muscles are tired when I'm done.

Strength training will definitely make you look more toned and less soft.

I did great on WW too. I just didn't want to keep paying for it and converting food to points was a little much after you learned the health eating and portion sizes. I would recommend it to someone just starting out on their weight loss journey. :smile:
