So yesterday I was having my morning coffee while watching the news and I spilled coffee on my tummy. I then realized that all along, I have been setting my coffee mug on top, YES ON TOP, of my belly while I sipped it. Now, I've lost enough fat off of it that my mug won't stay level. Woohoo!!!! Sadly, this is true! LOL Maybe someday I can change my name on here. :)

    That's pretty funny. Congrats on losing your coffee cup holder. lol :) I use to do that too, it's funny how we don't notice things like that when we are doing them.

    Congrats! That is a great feeling when you can tell your body is changing! I have a funny story like that.... I was looking down and noticed something on my upper chest and tried to wipe it off....it was a mole!!!! One I've had my entire life, but I guess I was too fat to see it when I looked down before! Haha! :laugh: :laugh:
