Hi there. I've done low carb for years, got to my goal weight then suddenly started gaining. I've gained back 15 pounds doing the same things I always have. So, I'm thinking I will just try the points system and see how it goes. I need a friend also, it helps keep us holding strong. Welcome aboard!

I took that for a few weeks, same thing happens to me, 0 appetite. I stopped taking it because I just did not want to be on anti depressants. Did drop weight though.

Oh my, please share how you got to this point so fast. I started at 149, I'm 5' 3, right now I'm 132 and stuck. I really need help reaching 125. Thanks

Ok, just started this. I am 58 years old, weight is 138.2 this morning. I want to reach 125 pounds. I want to stay at 1200 calories, and no more than 20 fat grams to hopefully lose 2 pounds a week. My question is how many carbs should I be eating to lose weight.
