I'm 5'3 1/2". I started here at the end of June at 139 pounds. My first goal was 120; already passed it. I'm 117 pounds now and my second goal is 115. I may push for 110 next or go for recomp after I reach 115.

We're already friends, but I'm 5'4 and started out at 156. I'm 137 now. I started my journey about 3 months ago. My goal (for now) is to reach 130, but I may push for 125. I'm doing a lot of weight lifting, so I'm not sure where my weight will ultimately end up based on that.

Yeah I'm the same. That's why I'm saying 115-120 cause I'll have more muscle

    I'm 5'4". I've been as heavy as 178, but started MFP at 163. I'm now around 128.

I was going to try to get to 125 and bulk, but I can't. Too much for my bod. I'm reverse dieting now and will hopefully be in a surplus by the first week of November, in time for my 30th birthday :)

Never thought my goal would be to gain (and cut again)! It's been a long journey.

Hi, we're already friends but other people can feel free to add me too :)

I'm 5'4" and currently 141lbs, started at 160. My initial goal was 130 but that was pretty much a random number I'd picked and at this point I plan to keep going.

I could barely get below 130. 7 weeks back in a deficit (a very painful, grueling one), and I'm at 128. lol.

I don't know how some of you do it!

I'm 5'4.5", currently about 126 lbs (was 260 lbs in 2012) with a recent low of 125.2lbs and I'm thinking about maybe going to 120 lbs. My original goal was 130 lbs, but as I got close to it I felt I still had fat to lose, so I lowered it. It's been almost 6 wks since I last saw 130 lbs on the scale. It's slow, but I also prefer not to cut my calories really low (so slow is expected).

Ah! I couldn't do it as well as you. I must not have been logging well. You rock.

Forgot to mention I started in May at around 180. I had my first baby last year so wanted to get rid of the baby weight. I am down 30lbs so far.

My goals are the same. I was a size 4 when I weighed 115-120 and that is where I want to be. I'm also 5'4", although in August the stupid girl at the doctor insisted I was 5'3" LOL!!!! I refuse to believe I've shrunk at only 37 years old.

    Edit: 30-35 lbs to go!!!!

    Amazing!!!

I started at 155. Thanks. Daily logging and consistency did wonders for me. I never thought "just calorie counting" would work for me . . .until I gave it an honest try and it did.

    It wasn't super-fast.

Here's what I did: I logged every day and I logged everything. I weighed all solid foods on a food scale. Of the 21 meals I eat a week, I tried my best to prepare at least 19 myself so I would know exactly what the calories were (there were some weeks this wasn't possible because I was travelling for work). I did 30 minutes of cardio five days a week and 60 minutes two days a week and ate about 50% of the calories back (the past few months I have had a Fitbit Charge HR, so I've been eating them all back). I added body resistance training about six months in. I didn't have cheat days -- I had some days when I may have gone over, but I tried to balance it out within the week. If I craved something, I found a way to make it fit within my calories. For the last ten pounds or so, I added a casual walk during my lunch break (around 18-30 minutes, five days a week). I weighed myself each morning, but I only paid attention to the trend (I use Libra for this, but I've heard great things about Trendweight also).

I'm 5'4, started around 152 and I'm around 142.5 right now. I'd love to get down to 120, but I'd be happy with 125 I think. Right now, I'll just be thrilled to crack 139 finally:) Feel free to add me.

Hi there, Im new here, Im 5'3.5 :) I am currently at 187, ( lost 5 pds my first two weeks, 3rd week ends tomorrow) I would like to get to 140, it's tough, I've been trying to lose weight for years with no success, but then I've always had them tied to a goal, like going on a vaca or something..... NOW Im doing it cause I want to, and cause I want my back to stop hurting so much..... My goal is by spring, I can do a flip on the parallel bar, nothing drastic, just a simple flip. LOL
