  • I like the Cooking Light website and magazine. They both offer quick meal ideas and usually for 4 servings. I also like to build my own recipes by adding lots of veg to whatever i'm cooking. All of the veg takes up more room in the pot and only leaves room for small additions of meats, etc. Just an idea......
  • I could use some accountability buddies also. I have been on and off of Weight Watchers for years and I lose the weight and then have gained it back over time. I sit at a desk all day and go to school in the evenings to get my Accounting degree. So not very active at all other than walking to and from my car on school…
