I would also add bring clementines, mini boxes of raisins, individual boxes of Silk soy drink, and some protein bars. The snack wraps at McDonald's with grilled chicken and no cheese is a option. Their salads are not bad either. My son had a hand held game for his hospital stay. An ipod would be good too. I'll be praying…

I just buy brands that come in wide sizes. Like Asics women sneakers on zappos.com. Wides are harder to find. I have bought men's Teva sandals but they look pretty much like womens. I also am having the same problem. But, my clothes are fitting different and I think I look slimmer . I can also tell I have more muscles.

Denise Austin's DVDs always work for me too. I was doing Zumba and kickboxing but when I added my DVDs of hers back in it worked. I really like her books too. Jumpstart is a favorite.

I agree with you. Can't understand what he would mean. It seems like your doing the right thing you have lost 58 pounds so far. A personal trainer wrote in our newspaper that you need to do a program that contains all types of fitness to be fit. Cardio, weight training, Flexibility, core strength, and coordination.

Have you been working out? Making fat weight is changing to muscle weight? I think muscle weighs more but I am not sure.

What is HMR. Also, what is MHR mentioned? Is there a calculator on this website for that? So, if I am entering calories for walking(hiking through woods) . How can I figure out how much burned? I am 5' 4", 139 pounds.
