Depends on if you want to be healthy or not really... you need to make you sure get enough protein so you don't lose muscle while losing weight - obviously the healthier food you eat the better your overall health will be. And plus - healthy food is usually lower in calories so you get to eat more whilst losing weight :-)

As others have said - you will know... I have tried a few times to lose the weight but never was serious enough to actually make myself accountable and stick to it. Everyone gets in a rut at sometime... but soldier on and you can get there. Maybe change things up a little to get you interested again? Try and different form of exercise and look up some new healthy meals and snacks so you don't feel like it's ground hog day :-) Good luck! But what ever you do - DON"T give up!

Good luck. I'm a mum of 2 littlies and I know how hard it is to find time, money and motivation to do stuff.... so I am really concentrating on my diet, even though I would like to tone and build fitness too... but if you set your mind to it I'm sure you'll do great :-)
