Well that's the main thing I'm looking for in in - appetite suppressant... I am the same - I can afford it so why not try it - if it works - awesome - if not, it's not gonna hurt hey! :-)

Awesome - thanks for the feedback :-)

I do eat a balanced diet with a deficit, but I am also an emotional eater, which the tablets are meant to help with, and I find myself wanting to eat almost constantly, so I figured if it helps with appetite control at all it will just make things easier - I'm not a complete idiot and just thinking that I can take pills…

Ok.. well I've give it a crack for a month (it's a months worth in the bottle) and I'll let you know if I have any success with it. I did a lot of research and there are a lot of products that claim to have it in there, but very few products contain enough of the garcinia to work apparently. So I got the most pure one I…

I'm in QLD. :-). Add me if you like.

I know the feeling and the cycle well :-(... It's the most horrible feeling. I've been given suggestions like go for a walk, or do 20 pushups every time you want to eat - but lets face it - the last thing you feel like doing in that moment is push ups... Best of luck with finding a solution that works for you though. I…

I do have spondylolysis - a dr told me that off xrays I had years ago. I will look into some yoga moves for it as well. Thanks for all your helps guys - really appreciate it. :-)

Thanks for your input everyone.. I can't really afford to go see a chiro at the moment, but when I can I will. When my sciatica is playing up - I can't even stand up right - I have to walk like a spastic duck with my butt stuck out, and bent over from the waist up as the nerve pain when I try and stand is so agonising.…

Yeah I live in a rural area, and have two small children and a husband that works away - so swimming isn't really an option for me either :-/. I also have bursitis in my hips, and swimming is meant to be good for that too, but ah well.. :-/

I have been on and off MFP for several years now - and that tends to be my problem - I get bored with tracking my calories and lose interest. I am struggling BIG time to find the motivation to lose the 20 kg I want to lose.. and it gets me very down. I HATE exercise and wish I had someone to work out with - but living in a…

Thank you all for your replies :-) Much appreciated.

Nope - I don't rationalize it at all... the entire time, from start to finish, I am telling myself what a disgusting, revolting fat loser I am, and that I should stop.. but I don't. I don't try and fool myself in to thinking I can fix what I'm doing with some exercise or anything like that. I don't really think through it…

I wish I could find the motivation to exercise! I have tried - but I HATE it... and with two small kids, and living rural, it is difficult - I don't have any gyms near by that have childcare facilities that I can go to, I can't go walking because dogs come out to attack you, and with 2 small kids that just not worth the…

The downside is, that it doesn't have to be junk food that I will binge on... I will eat what ever is in the house... and if I get desperate enough I will just go to the shop anyway - I live in Australia so ****ty cold weather doesn't stop me.. lol :-(
-
You are awesome! A massive inspiration!.. Can't wait to see the pics! :-)

Looks tasty!

Definitely number 2!

My printer... might be able to hit someone over the head with it?? lol

Awesome job! I want to start lifting but have no idea where to start....

Why do they keep trying to come up with crap to encourage people to eat/drink more chemicals and junk? Why not just subsidise healthy food - if you're not eating all the sugar and fat you don't have to worry about blocking it. It will be all so popular til 30 years down the track when it is found to cause cancer like…

I live in QLD Australia. I'm biased but I think it's a fantastic country.. :-D Where are you thinking about moving to?

When I was breastfeeding I went and saw a dietician at the hospital and she said not to go below 2000 cal per day - 1800 absolute minimum, because even though the quantity of milk you make may not drop, the QUALITY of it does, so for bub to be getting the best nutrients from your milk, eat 1800 minimum. Hope this helps :-)

Welcome- keep up your awesome enthusiasm and you'll go far ! :-D

I'm in the Lockyer Valley :-)

It is hard... but the way I like to look at it is - if they are the sort of person who can't even acknowledge you, let alone answer you - then they aren't the sort of person that you would want in your life or that deserve you anyway - so you're the winner because they are showing their true colours from the start... just…

I am in the same boat - I've been yoyo-ing between 78kg and 83kg for over 6mths - I lose a couple then gain it straight back no matter what - doing my head in!
-
Fantastic transformation.. but can you tell me - why do all body builders over do the fake tan so much?? I think you would all look so much nicer a bit more natural - your body is smokin hot - why ruin it by turning it dark orange??
-
If you are really craving - have some - just only buy a small packet, eat them slowly and really enjoy and savour them, and them move on... one small packet won't break you :-)
-
I understand that completely... I have been stuck doing a yoyo between 5 or so kg for the last 6mths and I feel the same - I'm never gonna lose it - and I feel completely crap and down on myself... it is so hard to see the positive sometimes! But you are doing great and hopefully if we keep at it, we will see results that…
