Sgautchet very similar story to me I lost 30 pds low carb in 2012, maintained for 3 years very happy, then I had a car accident and I have put it all back on lol oh well we have done it before can do it again

Yeah you need to eat your exercise calories back, your body slows metabolism down as not getting enough fuel, your dieticians right. follow the link from teabear, lots of good information. Eat the right foods too.

Hi, sounds like you need a gp check up prior to exercise, I also recommend speaking to the gym, most gyms offer a pt session on joining, so a trainer should be able to advise you. That said I'd recommend you avoid cardiovascular workouts they will just put your lungs under more stress, and sounds to me their under enough.…
