Not surprising, crazy corrupt world, its a shame, people have followed this and always struggled with weight my mum still won't eat an avocado :( thinks fats bad.

Down 1/2 kilo yay, ok bf. Coffee coconut oil, feta sun-dried tomato kale bfast cups, lunch, Greek salad Greek grilled chicken, havnt got dinner planned yet x have a great day

I still have half left of the coconut oil ones I made last week in the fridge. I just cut them in half now and have in my morning coffee, when they run out I'd like to try these.

I saw them both today, physiotherapist gave the ok, Dr wants to wait for spinal review with surgeon. Hmmm, just cos I need another op by the sounds if it :( spinal surgeon in 2 weeks so ill check then

I definitely think Sb is the best way, so healthy, feel so good to. Well I'm pondering tomorrow's menu, bf egg bacon coffee almond coconut oil, lunch chicken salad dinner? Dont know yet, snacks hmm sugar free Pb on celery, maybe an apple and cheese mmmm :) have a great beachy day everyone

My memory is terrible lol my foods are in my diary, I think today is bf spinach poached egg grated LF cheese, snack, almond milk capaccino and almond meal cake (went out for coffee) lunch poached chicken avocado lettuce, chia seed pudding, dinner, beef veg soup there might be something in there ive forgotten lol

Hey hon add me I have spinal injuries from car accident, so similar situation, im looking at getting a recumbent bike as sits low and helps to support my spine, other than that its physiotherapy exercises, and hydrotherapy, building up to swimming x goodluck. I feel your frustration.

I used to get so in to my run on the treadmill with swapping speeds and inclines and listening to prodidgy it was never boring, around that 6 Min mark I'd get my endorphins kicking in.

Before my accident I loved both, treadmill excellent hiit training, can do any time of day, night time etc in any weather, loved running out doors too, but my access to that was difficult as cant leave two small kids alone at home. Both great, but loved my treadmill, just awesome.

I sent an fr im an sbd fan, great way of eating very easy and uncomplicated, lost 15 kg in 2012 on sbd maintenance for 3 years then gained some after a car accident, Oh well im back doing it again.
