Blah - have been off track for a couple of weeks now so have regained 2lbs.
I've been back to my old snacking habits and giving in to temptation at social occasions (roast dinner, fish and chips, ice cream...) - I'm pretty sure a lot of it is water weight as calories have generally been within range, but it's still not fun to see.
Just been back through my posts here for motivation and rather than half arsing it like I have been doing, I WILL commit!

Still pushing to hit that goal this month.

    8/31 - 158.1
    9/7 - 162.5

Weight has stabilized at this exact point for the last few days, after a pretty strong falloff following my last refeed. This is likely the set point where I can finally start judging how intake is affecting weight, while also watching composition via tape and calipers.

    9/7- 162.5
    9/14- 167.5

You never realize just how much water you put away, until a gallon only makes your shakes and PWOs for the day, and you still have a half-gallon of Coke Zero involved.

SW for most recent high (Aug '15): 153.4
    SW for re-starting keto 9/2/16: 139
    CW: 134!
Goal range for maintenance (barring unlikely muscle gain ;) ): 130-133
I'm 5'7" but small-boned, little muscle, and prone to being "skinny-fat."

185 this morning. Yes, I've gained some since the 183 I posted last time. But...ex-bf is STILL under my roof and I just don't have the energy to weigh/measure/log my food to track my carbs and calories. MOST of my choices are still low carb but there have been numerous evenings when two pieces of cinnamon/sugar toast has been consumed before bed. :( I'm still counting on him to be at least not living in my house by 10/1...although all of his stuff will probably still be there. I also like to drink beer!! LOL! I know, I know...not that great for low carb but I still figure if I can stay in the mid-180's I am successful. I've lost 50 pounds since last August following low-carb. I still walk 2.25 miles every morning which I feel allows me to maintain while not watching my food as closely as I need to in order to lose.

    Triplets! OK, fraternal triplets. ;)

I spent most of my adult life yoyoing between 139 and 160. I was relatively happy but never quite content at 139. Just in the last few years I managed to get a bit below that and am really happy with it. Extra weight tends to go so disproportionately to my belly, those few extra lbs make a big difference in how easy it is to find clothes that fit well!
