I eat as soon as i wake up also.. On the weekdays im up at 620am and eating by 640..usually a smoothie or oatmeal. On the weekends i'm up at about 8ish and basically cooking right away.

I live in canada too and it gets expensive, before eating "healthy" I would spend about 400 month on food....after choosing to eat healthy i can spend anywhere from 600 - 800/month on food and its for 2 adults an 10 and 2 yr old..i also try to buy thing on sale

Late night baker here!!! OK so it varys when i go to bed (full time job and two kiddies and two dogs) its anywhere in between 10pm-12am... Specail K or some other low cal cereal with i slice toast.....or Oatmeal with 1 slice toast or.... Horray no more headaches for the last 3 days or so, I think because it was from not eating enough and to much exercise, Ive had my net at bout 900-1200 over these last three days an no hadaches!!

Im supposed to be at 1400 cals per day but after adding in exercise it goes up and its kinda hard to eat your exercise calories if your eating healthy stuff, most of the time I have 800-1000…
