I've been working out for a month regularly 5 days a week. Eat 1200 most days but so far I've only lost about 3lbs in total. It sucks but just have to persevere with it I guess. Oh and I hope to lose about 25lbs.

Thats the reason why i chucked my scale in the bin.. Was making me frustrated by not moving.. I don't have a scale now, Every now and than i weigh myself at gym and rely on tape and mirror. Scales are worse enemy of ours. P.S use it in hard floor for better measurement but don't trust that evil *kitten*.

oh well then i will try not to stress much. Every day i finish my diary, i see wayy over on my sugars, vitamins and what else. I don't really understand about these macro nutrients .

i had grilled salmon with veggies fro dinner last night, it was yummy.. just marinate salmon with lemon, minced garlic, salt and black pepper. Apply olive oil then grill it in oven .. totally yummy and healthy as well :D

I'm from NEPAL and currently in UK if you are planning for trekking in Nepal you better become fit ot=r you will have a really hard time. Any ways good luck and i have never been healthy either :/
